Refund Policy
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ORDER
Please inspect your order immediately on receipt. Any errors in your order, or damage caused during transit must be notified to us by email within 3 days of receipt of your order.
Please provide us with several photos showing the error or damage. The faster you let us know, the faster we can arrange a solution for you.
If there is an error on our part, for example the stationery does not match your approved proof, or if your order is damaged in transit, we will organize a complimentary reprint for you. However, to claim a complimentary reprint you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
As all items available for sale on our website are personalized, it is not possible to request a return. However, as stated above, we will replace any items which have been incorrectly printed by us, or which have been damaged by the carrier in transit. In the unlikely event that we are unable to replace your stationery for any reason, we will offer an alternative or similar replacement, at no cost to you. We will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the damaged or defective part of your order if we are unable to correct or replace your stationery.
As stated in our terms of service, we cannot accept requests for returns or refunds due to customer errors, for example typographical or spelling errors. When your final proof is approved and signed off by you for print, you accept responsibility for any errors. Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer screens are different, so the color of your printed stationery may not exactly match what you see on your screen. Your printed stationery will be close to the colors shown, but due to the custom nature of printing, the colors can vary and may not match perfectly. The act of printing on natural paper can also occasionally result in minor ink speckles. Minor differences in texture, color, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault, and therefore are not eligible for a refund. The papers we offer are made from natural fibers, which may occasionally exhibit minor imperfections such as variations in texture or color. These characteristics are inherent to the use of natural materials and do not constitute a fault, and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGES
As all items available for sale on our website are personalized, it is not possible to request an exchange for other items.
CANCELATION
If you have made an order on our website but the proofing process has not yet begun, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. After the proofing process has begun, you may still cancel your order up to the point you provide us with approval of your proof for printing, however 25% of the value of your order will be retained to cover our cancelation costs. After you provide approval of your proof for printing, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
